The Making of a Site
1. Look Around
Take some time to figure out if we've got what you need. Have a look at our portfolio or pick our brains. We'll be honest; if it's not something we can deliver, we'll let you know.
2. Schedule a Meeting
Send us an email. Make a phone call. Release a carrier pigeon. Whatever it takes, we're happy to sit down with you and help figure out what you need. Where do you get your inspiration? Bring us into your vision, and you'll have an detailed estimate within a few days.
3. Help Us Get to Work
Gather all your materials. We love feedback and need to hear from our clients. Our best work comes whenever the client shares as much as they can with us. Tell us the websites, pictures, fonts, and colors you love (Even if it is hot pink!). The more information we've got, the more likely we'll both end up happy, with a final result that draws visitors in and grows your bottom line.
4. Feedback
Once we've gotten into the development of your site, we give you a login to your Project Management site. It lets you keep track of the progress we're making, and it's a great centralized location for all the stuff that goes into making your site. The name hearSAY is intentional: it's about great communication between the provider and the client, whether that's our relationship with you or your relationship with your own customers.
5. Launch
Once everything's in place and you've given us final approval, we'll open your site up for the world to see. But that's not the end of things. We're very interested in maintaining the relationship we've built with you over the course of the project, and we fix any kind of problems we encounter over the month after launch. And when you keep your site with us, it comes with all kinds of perks. We closely monitor the server (Kev gets a text message the minute any one of our sites has a problem loading), provide you with unlimited webmail/POP3/IMAP email addresses, and tech support to resolve any problems you encounter along the way. And since we're able to configure the server to our own liking and we limit the number of clients' sites on each server, it's MUCH faster than using a "budget" web host that runs $4/month specials. (See how much faster our site is and our clients' sites are compared to the run-of-the-mill hosting companies?)
